GoZero ensures that your personal data is processed in a fair and lawful manner. This means your data will only be processed for legitimate purposes as described in this policy. We commit to processing your data sufficiently, proportionately, and not excessively.
We will not store your personal data longer than necessary. However, we will maintain an archive of your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with specific services.
We have implemented adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure the secure processing of your personal data. These measures are tailored to the nature of the data and the potential severity of risk, minimizing the chances of accidental or unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or other forms of unauthorized processing. While no system is infallible, in the event of a breach, we will promptly take all necessary steps to minimize damage and loss.
You may object to the processing of your personal data, especially if there are legitimate and significant reasons related to your particular situation. This right also applies under the exceptions noted in Article 5, (b) and (c) of the Privacy Act. You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time, without cost or justification.
You are entitled to request the deletion or restriction of use of any personal data that is incomplete, irrelevant, unlawfully processed, or retained beyond the necessary period. This can be done at any time, free of charge, and without having to provide justification.
You have the right to access information about the processing of your personal data. This includes the purposes of processing, the categories of data processed, and the recipients of the data. This policy serves as your initial guide to our data processing practices.
Accuracy in data collection is crucial. You may always request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data. As we cannot continuously monitor for errors or incompleteness, it is your responsibility to report inaccuracies or make necessary updates to your registration details.
You also have the right to be forgotten. You can request the deletion of all data related to your account and activities from our systems. Data necessary for legal and tax purposes will be retained.
